미국 주별 재산세

아래에 있는 표는 부동산세의 중간값을 주택 가격의 중간값으로 나누어 실효 재산세를 계산한 수치로 2021년 미국 지역사회 조사 (Amerian Community Survey, ACS)에 보고된 정보를 사용했습니다. 정확도를 높이기 위해서 5년 추정치를 사용한 데이터입니다.

 

예를 들어, 미국 전체를 기준으로  중간 부동산세 중간값은 2,971달러인 반면 주택 가격 중간값은 268,800달러였습니다. 따라서 미국의 실효 재산세율은 1.11%입니다.
